Entries Open in April

 The entry criteria

All entries should relate to an twelve-month period starting anytime from 30 June 2011 until 30 June 2012

After studying the entry details, you will need to complete the online entry form and upload your submission, together with any additional support material. Support material that is too bulky to upload, or which includes physical samples, print material or data must be sent  to Jo Pead, Event Manager, City A.M. Awards, 174 Hammersmith Road, London, SW6 7JP.

Your submission paper will be essential to the judging. You can submit a simple text document, or illustrate the text with small, clear images to help the judges understand your entry. You should also include a distilled version of any research or evaluation data.

It is fully understood that some data can be confidential, so please express achievements in percentage terms if this protects sensitive figures. If you are entering the same project into multiple categories, please do consider if the written submission should be altered to reflect the challenges met for that particular category. You will need to upload a relevant submission PDF on the entry system for every category you decide to enter.

Companies, consultancies, agencies or individuals may submit entries on behalf of themselves or others in any number of categories. Employees and representatives of City A.M. are not eligible to enter. Agencies of City A.M. may not enter any work carried out on behalf of the newspaper.

The decisions of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning them. Any queries on categories or eligibility of entries should be made to the City A.M. Awards helpline during office hours on 020 8267 4043.
